About Me

Hey Everyone. My Name is Mike and i am a NASM Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutritional Coach. I been in the fitness industry over 15 years and had my own ups and downs till i discovered the RIGHT way to lose weight and enjoy life. As you can see on your right i was a whopping 248lbs and now 205lbs and feeling great. I've helped over hundreds of people with there journey and goals and look forward to helping you as well. Fitness is here to be enjoyed! Fitness  provides us with the ability to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle. As a passionate Certified Personal Trainer, my role is to  motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience. I enjoy seeing my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals,  through a tailored approach of regular fitness activities and guided  fitness programs.

  I can create a workout plan for the gym, for someone who works out at  home with limited equipment, or for someone who has zero equipment at  all
